RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

In an unlikely event that the purchased product(s) are received incorrectly, or is defective; the customer is eligible to request for a return or exchange of the product(s). The return could be requested via email at binod@ispot.store or via our facebook page.

Goods must be returned to the Ispot Store located at Ispot Store, Sernya Building, Hongkong Market Norzin Lam, Thimphu - Bhutan within 05 days of receipt date along with a Shopping Confirmation (Order Email). Exchanges can only be made for product(s) of equivalent value, or as part payment for higher valued product(s). No partial refund will be provided as such exchanges will not be permitted for lower priced items. Products covered under manufacturer warranty policy will not be eligible for in-store exchange policies as they will be covered by the manufacturer warranty policy.

All returning product(s) must be received in their original condition in which it was delivered. Any product(s) which are used or not in the condition in which it was delivered, will not be accepted for refunds / return or exchange.

In cases of incorrect or defective items being delivered as a result of our fault, you may request for a replacement 12 hours of delivery.
